This week was a slow week for me, which I truly needed after buying and receiving all of those books for my birthday. I really need to get caught up on my reading, but thankfully, summer is coming soon, which is when I get a lot of reading done! Burned (House of Night #7) by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast

This series is definitely one of my embarrassing guilty pleasures, but I still come back for me. I can't stand the teen speak in this series, but sadly, I am hooked.  I think I will wait to read this one on the beach. :)

Mistwood by Leah Cypess

I am about halfway through this book and I'm a bit disappointed.  I'm hoping it picks up. It seems I may be only one of the few that didn't really LOVE this book, but I'm hoping the last half of the novel will change my opinion, because I was really looked forward to this book.
