Spirit Bound (Vampire Academy #5) by Richelle Mead
"The thing that really sucks about being psychically linked to someone is that you have a pretty good idea when they're lying - or in this case, not lying. Still, my response was immediate and instinctive. "That's not true." (page 308).
* I am pretty much obsessed with this series. I think it's one of the best young adult series out there. Unlike some other series that I've read lately, Richelle Mead never disappoints. This book has got me completely hooked. So far, I highly recommend it. Anyone else a fan?
Ooh, I only read the first book, but I could tell it's just GOOD!
ReplyDeleteNice teaser!
Great teaser! I loved Spirit Bound and the Vampire Academy series in general. I'd noticed the books for years at the library but never bothered to try reading them until this past March. I'm so glad I did because now it is my favorite vampire series.
ReplyDeleteMy teaser os from Spirit Bound too! I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am!
ReplyDeleteInteresting play on the word "sucks," but I'm sure they probably weren't playing...lol

Ah denying the truth, sounds as if she is denying her own feelings. I have got to read this series.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're enjoying it! I'm pretty afraid to pick up any of the mass amounts of YA paranormal books these days, but since you're recommending this series, maybe I'll give it a shot! Thanks for visiting The Crowded Leaf.
ReplyDeleteInteresting teaser. I have not read a vampire novel since Count Dracula in Jr. High. My teaser: http://www.rundpinne.com/2010/05/teaser-tuesdays-welcome-to-harmony.html
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure we're meant to know what people are thinking. It's too potentially awkward and painful. Good teaser, though.
ReplyDeleteMy teaser is here.

I don't read many vampire books so I haven't heard of the series. I'm reading Receive Me Falling.

ReplyDeleteI love VA! I kinda liked the first book but I'm so glad I stuck with the series because it just gets better and better. Richelle is such a sweetie and I love how she's made Rose and Lissa so different, but both very strong and powerful young women! I've also never read a series that had two love interests I cared for so much! I used to adore Dimitri, but once Adrian came into the picture, he stole the show! :D
ReplyDeleteI am a huge fan of the Vampire Academy books. Richelle Mead is an amazing author. I loved the book and I'm already on countdown mode for December!
