The question this week: My name and why I started blogging

My name is Christina and I'm a book addict. I've pretty much been a book addict my whole life.  Surprisingly, I started blogging for my job.  I'm a middle school English teacher and each year we have to complete hours towards our profesional development contract.  One of the ideas we had was to read and review young adult literature in order to become more aware of what is out there and to improve our summer reading list.  Needless to say, I fell in love with blogging/reviewing and it has taken on a life of its own.  My professional development contract has since changed with the new school year, but my blog lives on and I plan to continue it as long as I am still having fun.  I've met so many great people out there in the blogosphere who enjoy the same books as myself and the simple act of reading. Who knew I wasn't a weirdo?! :)  With that said, it's been an extremely worthwhile and enjoyable venture.  Thanks for stopping by!
