So, I had major plans last month to read allllllll the beach reads, but I only got through five. In an ideal world, I would read all the books featured below, but we know I won't get to all of them. Here's the books that are on my radar this month and a select few will definitely be thrown in my beach bag for vacation!
The Summer Wives by Beatriz Williams
I love a good historical beach read and Williams has written some fantastic ones. I can't wait to check this one out. I hope it's as good as A Hundred Summers.
The Ever After by Sarah Pekkanen
I love a good domestic drama read while I am on vacation. This one sounds juicy!
Women of the Dunes by Sarah Maine
I just love this atmospheric cover and I am also drawn to the setting of Scotland. This book sounds very beach bag worthy.
Every Time You Go Away by Beth Harbison
This book is a family drama that takes place at a beach house "haunted by the past." Also, that cover!!
And all the books I didn't get to last month: Sailing Lessons, Dreams of Falling, All We Ever Wanted, The Perfect Couple, The High Tide Club, and When Life Gives You Lululemons.
So what do you think of my July TBR pile? Have you read any of these books? Are any of them on your TBR list? What do you hope to read this month?
The Summer Wives is one I'm definitely looking forward to. A Hundred Summers is one of my favorite books. I just got the new Emily Giffin book, too!
ReplyDeleteI just started it yesterday - so far so good although I am having a little bit of trouble keeping all the characters straight, which has me a little worried. A Hundred Summers is definitely one of my favs too! Thanks for visiting!
