1. Favorite Book: The Kennedy Debutante was my favorite read of the month. I love historical fiction and I adore the Kennedy family, so this was right up my alley. I have always wanted to learn more about Kick Kennedy.
2. Biggest Disappointment: Little White Lies was fun, but I was hoping to love it a bit more than I did since I love southern fiction and this one takes place down south with a bunch of debutantes. I haven't been connecting with YA fiction as of late. I wonder why this is? Welp, that's another blog post for another time.
3. Biggest Surprise: The Christmasaurus was so darn cute. It was probably one of my favorite read-alouds that I did with my son, who is dinsoaur obsessed. I am part of this blog tour coming up soon, so keep your eye out for my review.
4. Favorite Post: Children's Book Roundup

5. Favorite Part of November: The long Thanksgiving weekend was just so nice. I had extra time with my family, had a relaxing Thanksgiving dinner, and even went out for a happy hour with my husband. Now we are at the "most wonderful time of the year!"
Let me know your favorite read of the month in the comments below.
I always love the long Thanksgiving weekend. I took the day before Thanksgiving off, too, so I had an extra-long weekend!
ReplyDeleteNice! It's the best long weekend of the year....well, maybe except Memorial Day. Thanks for visiting, Angela!
