February! It's finally here. Did January drag on or what? I really tackled my TBR list last month, so I have high hopes for this month. I'm hoping to read five or more novels, so fingers crossed. Do you find that you read more in the winter as well? Here's what I hope to read:
Lucky Caller by Emma Mills
I'll read anything Emma Mills writes. I love her use of dialogue and her writing style, so I am excited to check this book out, which features a radio broadcasting class. Sounds fun, right?
Big Lies in a Small Town by Diane Chamberlain
This will be my first Diane Chamberlain novel and I've heard it's a good historical mystery.
The Borgia Confessions by Alyssa Palombo
I am part of this blog tour and I post on Valentine's Day. Doesn't this seem like a fun Valentine's Day read? I've always been interested in the infamous Borgias, so I am excited to dive in their world.
The Girl in White Gloves by Kerri Maher
Guys, it's a novel about Grace Kelly. Yes, please! I will always find her fascinating.
Wife After Wife by Olivia Hayfield
A modern take on Henry VIII and his wives really intrigues me--not gonna lie! I thought I was over the Tudors, but I can't quite quit them. I will say this novel this seems like an extremely original and imaginative version of Henry and his many ill-fated wives. Major drama I'm sure will ensue!
American Royals by Katherine McGee
I've heard great things about the YA novel and anything that includes royalty is a must-read for me! This book imagines what our world would look like if America had a royal family.
What do you hope to read this month? Are any of these books on your TBR list? Let me know in the comments.
American Royals was super fun! Diane Chamberlain's new one was really good, as well. I just got Wife After Wife from the library, so it looks like we'll both be reading it this month!
ReplyDeleteOh, good! I am happy to hear both of those other books are good. I love that we read the same stuff! :) Thanks for visiting, Angela!
DeleteDefinitely looking forward to the new Emma Mills. I just got American Royals for Christmas, so I'm hoping to get to that soon too!
